Each year, the East Providence Arts Council is proud to host the award-winning Looff Arts Festival at scenic Crescent Park in Riverside, RI. This event features over 100 booths - which include fine artists, makers, authors, community partners and great food - as well as live music, performance artists, and family activities. This fun, summertime, community-building event has attracted thousands of visitors over the years!

The East Providence Arts Council consists of a passionate group of civic-minded creatives and supporters of the Arts who see the Arts as an economic driver for the City of East Providence. The strongest communities have a thriving and visible Arts presence, and we are working hard to help our City move forward as a leader in the State of Rhode Island for the Arts Community.
