The East Providence Arts Council (EPAC) is a group of enthusiastic residents working together to create a thriving arts community in East Providence. EPAC is a tax-exempt 501c3 non-profit organization.
Our Goals
Host a summer arts festival to showcase talented local artists
Create public art displays throughout the City
Create a space for theatrical and dance performances within the City
Promote the work of East Providence artists
Provide networking opportunities for East Providence artists
Work with city officials to showcase the arts as an economic driver for the City

I was born and raised in East Providence, moved to CA for 15 years, and am now back. My artistic mediums include oil, spray paint, and acrylics. I have worked professionally in the arts in a variety of different roles; including painting murals, Live Painting at events in West Los Angeles, co-curating dozens of art shows at a Street Art Gallery, and installing art at Bergamot Station. I am a lifelong artist and tattoo professional from East Providence, Rhode Island, and the owner of "One With The Arts", a local tattoo and creative arts studio. I was also a feature Artist on the show -- Ink Master. With years of experience in tattooing, mural work, and various forms of visual art, I have built a career centered around creativity, self-expression, and community. As a member of the Arts City Council, I am passionate about supporting local artists, creating opportunities for creative expression, and helping strengthen East Providence through the arts.
