About EPAC

The East Providence Arts Council (EPAC) is a group of enthusiastic residents working together to create a thriving arts community in East Providence. EPAC is a tax-exempt 501c3 non-profit organization.


Our Goals

  • Host a summer arts festival to showcase talented local artists

  • Create public art displays throughout the City

  • Create a space for theatrical and dance performances within the City

  • Promote the work of East Providence artists

  • Provide networking opportunities for East Providence artists

  • Work with city officials to showcase the arts as an economic driver for the City

    I am a long time EP resident fine artist and musician. Painting medium of choice is oil with my primary focus on portraits. As a vocalist I sing with local cover band Hit Rewind, local original metal band Chained to Insanity and I have recently begun working on a new Jazz project. www.sdearts.com

Beyond music, he passionately supports climate justice, using his art to inspire change.     Rhode Island born artist and former art therapist, I bring a deeply personal and expressive approach to everything I create. As a mother of two, I understand the importance of spaces that feel meaningful, inspiring, and alive. Today, I specialize in custom murals for homes and businesses, transforming everyday environments into unique works of art that reflect each client’s story, style, and vision.
